## Your account

Change your email or password, or delete your account, in the app: Settings → Login details. Deleting your account can’t be undone.

## Subscriptions and scan packs

Manage or cancel a subscription in the app: Settings → Manage or cancel subscription. On iPhone you can also manage it in your Apple Account’s Subscriptions settings. New iPhone or reinstalled the app? Tap Restore Purchases on the plans screen.

## Allergen and dietary results

If a result looks wrong, email us the restaurant and the dish and we’ll take a look.

## Restaurants

Questions about your restaurant’s MenuIQ menu or account: email us and include your restaurant’s name.

Allergen and dietary information is AI-generated and may be incomplete — always confirm with the restaurant.
